Registration for 2024 BVCS Conference
Welcome to the BVCS Conference registration page.
Please purchase your conference package via the appropriate category - we will be referencing membership IDs, so please note if you are registering under a practice membership. For students (and unemployed 2024 graduates) please stipulate your university and year group. Delegates will be liable for conference fees if registered incorrectly.
Rooms have been reserved for the conference weekend and must be booked separately, direct with the hotel. Rates are inclusive of breakfast, service and VAT: Friday 15th, £119 (single) or £129 (double); Saturday 16th, £139 (single) or £149(double): quote BVCS and the date of the conference for this preferential rate. Rooms are being held at this rate until 15th October.
